Textured Soy Protein (TSP)

¿Cómo se obtiene?

La proteína de soja texturizada (TPS) se obtiene a partir de harina de soja desgrasada con alto contenido en proteínas.


Como la TPS es deshidratada, es fácil de almacenar y transportar.

- Low in sodium
- High in dietary fiber
- Contains natural bioactive components (isoflavones)

Uses

- Meat extender for burgers, sausages and chicken meat
- Pastas, such as cannelloni and ravioli
- Pastries for confectionery and special breads
- Direct use: Burgers for vegans and vegetarians as a meat replacement
- It is an ingredient in butter mix, cereal bars and other foods

PREPARATION

Hydrate the textured soybeans with hot water or broth.

Portion:

1 measure of soybeans

Let it hydrate for 20 minutes. Keep in mind that it doubles in size.

Micronized Soy Flour

From high protein defatted soy flour, a product is obtained for the food industry, which is an excellent opportunity due to its low cost-to-protein ratio. With the micronized process, the particle reaches a maximum of 150 microns.
